Description The building is among the 1% most sustainable buildings in the world and was the first building in Slovakia to receive the LEED Platinum sustainability certificate and later also the LEED Zero Carbon certification, thanks to which the building´s operating costs can be maintained with a minimal carbon footprint. Only 8% of buildings in the world are currently proud of this certificate. The building has the most modern technologies and equipment, such as automatic CO2 meters in the room, electric composter, 24-hour security service, automatic recuperation - 50m3/person/h., cooling beams, external shading blinds, ventilated lockers for cyclists, there are elements such as openable windows, double floor or structured cabling. Einpark´s office spaces are of the highest standards. It offers its tenants office space with a total area of 16,000 sqm and approximately 1,800 sqm of commercial space for 374 vehicles in the basement and in the inner block. 9 charging stations in the basement and 2 fast charging stations in the basement and 2 fast charging stations in the field. For cyclists, we have equipped changing rooms, lockers, and showers right next to the bike room, where there are 55 bicycle stands and another 20 can be found in the field with a direct connection to the cycle path.
