Description Zvolen Retail Park is large project that is being developed in phases. First opened operators were TESCO Extra and McDonald´s in the end of 2010. The construction of the project continues successfully and at the beginning of the year 2012 the biggest shopping Electrohouse in Central Slovakia TPD EURONICS with the shopping area of 7.000 qm was opened. In November of 2012, Mercury Market store was opened, including biggest retail area with the wide selection of construction materials, decorative articles and interior furnishings on the total shopping area of 10.000 qm.
DAF centre, situated in industrial part of Zvolen Retail Park - in direction of Continental factory, was opened in 2012 and in February of 2013 follows GEIS logistic centre. At present intensive negotiations with other potential foreign partners are on the way.
In the beginning on November 2012 the construction of RETAIL BOX I. was commenced. The centre will comprise shops like INTERSPORT, DM DROGERIE, PEPCO SLOVAKIA, COOP JEDNOTA KRUPINA AND CAFE.
Opening of RETAIL BOX I is planned to take place in April 2013. Total sales area will be 3.000 qm.
